Common Questions
The Questions I Get Asked Most Often. Answered Directly.
Process, cost, industries, outcomes, and what to expect. Direct answers.
Primarily service-based SMBs with 5 to 150 employees: home services, construction, trades, legal, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, real estate, staffing and labor, logistics, retail, and professional services. If your business runs on repeatable workflows and client interactions, there is almost certainly a leverage point.
An assistant responds to prompts. A system takes action. An AI assistant answers questions. An AI system monitors your CRM for overdue follow-ups, sends the message, logs the response, and escalates if there is no reply. Most businesses are using assistants and calling it AI strategy. A system is what actually changes your numbers.
The initial assessment takes three to five business days. A focused implementation covering a single workflow, one integration, and one measurable outcome is typically live within 30 days. Complex multi-system builds run 60 to 90 days. I do not take on projects where the timeline is indefinite. Every engagement has a defined scope and a delivery date.
No. Everything I build is designed for operators, not developers. You get documentation, a handover session, and access to me for 30 days post-launch. If you have a team member who can follow a checklist, they can run what I build. I do not create dependencies on my presence.
It starts with a 30-minute discovery call. If there is a fit, I deliver a written assessment within five business days that maps your current workflows, identifies the highest-leverage automation opportunities, and outlines the build scope and expected outcomes. You review it. If you want to proceed, we set a start date and I begin. You are not charged for the assessment.
Before I build anything, we agree on the metric that matters: response time, revenue recovered, hours saved, conversion rate, cost per acquisition. After deployment, we measure it. If the system does not move the metric within 60 days, I fix it. I do not consider a project complete until the number has moved.
Home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, trades, labor and staffing, legal, healthcare and wellness, financial services, insurance, real estate and property management, hospitality and restaurants, retail, marketing agencies, logistics, professional services, and regulated industries requiring structured AI deployment. Over 20 sectors in active work.
I stay until it does. Every engagement includes a 30-day post-launch window where I monitor, adjust, and fix. If the root cause is a scope issue we did not anticipate, I will tell you clearly and we will agree on the path forward. I do not disappear after delivery.
Yes. Most of my clients start with no AI infrastructure. The assessment is designed to meet you where you are. The only prerequisite is that you have a workflow problem worth solving and you are willing to measure the result.
Engagements start at $3,500 for a focused single-workflow build. Complex multi-system implementations run $8,000 to $25,000 depending on scope. Managed retainer arrangements are available for ongoing operations. Every engagement is scoped before any work begins so you know the number before you commit.
